Lately I have been feeling very stressed and sad about some other issues at school. It just all seems overwhelming and very out of control for me to bear, and sometimes I just feel like just breaking down. I’m a freshman in college and I am so stressed. I’m stressed behind having so much work from classes. I knew the transition would be a little difficult but right now it isn’t looking so well and I often have thoughts of dropping out. Can someone give me so advice on what I should do

How can I relieve my work-related stress?

I work at a high school and this school year was particularly hard on me and everyone in my department. Since I’ll be off soon for the summer, I’d thought I’d ask how to de-stress from the 2006-2007 school year. I can’t travel too far because I don’t have a lot of $$. Could you help me out? PLEASE?!?!?
I do like the idea of getting rid of September but I get off of work next week and I actually have to go back to work in July long before the kids come back. :( We do get 3 weeks for the winter though…
