My hair has been thinning for the last 5 years. At the time the cause was atrributed to stress. Stress reduction had little effect. Thyroid was tested with normal results. Cycles are now becoming more rapid (22 days) and scantier. I do not know age of menopause in my mother or grandmother due to hysterectomy. I will be 40 soon.
However, my hair loss has become noticeable to others. Hairs break or shed and seems not to grow back very quickly.

Nightmares are often seen by people under a lot of stress. Although it is not very clear whether stress is the reason for people to see nightmares or nightmares are one of the reasons for people to feel stress, but it is very clear that stress and dreams are interrelated.
Dreams are basically a part of the human subconscious, so there is enough possibility that these dreams act as the subconscious part of a person which helps him understand what is happening in him. Many people do not accept the fact that they are affected by stress disorders but in turn their mind denies this fact by making them dream about the same thoughts that bothers them.

Workers who are stressed are also more likely to be unhealthy, poorly motivated, less productive, and less safe at work. The organizations are less likely to be successive in competitive in modern market. Stress can be brought about by pressures at home and at work. Employers can not usually protect workers from stress arising outside of work, but they can protect them from stress that arises through work. Stress at work can be a real problem to the organization as well as for its workers. Good management and good work organization are the best forms of stress prevention. If employees are already stressed, their managers should be aware of it and know how to help.

I mean symptoms such as…
*joint pains
*joint stiffness
*neck stiffness
*rashes
*bloating/water retention
*eye puffiness/irritation
*sensitivity to light
*poor circulation in hands & feet (that the doctor is actually concerned about)
etc. etc.
I knoe that many of these symptoms are in both anxiety disorders and autoimmune conditions.

It seems to me that a lot of health issues are do to many hours and years in the work place. I also realize a lot are self inflicted as well but, could work related stress be an instigator of such things?

I know I have work related stress and it’s not that easy just to go out and find another job especially one that pays as well as my current job. I need to know how I can file disability for work related stress. Do I go to a doctor first for medical proof or talk to Huaman resources? What I really need to is to be out of this enviroment for a few months but as a single mom I can’t afford to take unpaid time off but I seriously have an anxiety attack every morning before I come in to work.
