The real problem and challenge is how do we win the battle against what has been identified as the #1 cause of most health problems, stress. Signs and symptoms can be seen in one’s body language, physical health, behavior and habits, and one’s mindset as to how one responds in certain situations.
If you do not properly address stress it adds misery to your life and the life of others. You begin to become more negative about life and situations. The specific signs and symptoms of stress may vary from person to person; however, all symptoms are harmful for your health.

The student population in college includes a large number of older students along with the youngsters. Some of the reasons why these students are attending college later in life than others may be due to various reasons such as being in the armed forces, or their priority to raise a family first etc.
Even though it seems like they would be adept at managing their time, with their extent of experience, it is interesting to note that it is often not so. Most of the time, these students stress over the same things as the younger ones, such as grades, course overload, jealousy and break ups.
