I want it to be COMPLETELY unreadable (I’m a paranoid S.O.B.) and so I was wondering if anyone got any creative ideas to destroy a hard drive. I could really use some stress relief, so anything involving a battle cry would be great.
I’ve heard baseball bats and hammers aren’t 100% effective though.

Me and my roommates have started doing yoga. We currently use the Yoga in p90X. This is a great workout, but we want more. What instructor or video has the highest level of workout intensity in the yoga world? I don’t want meditation yoga or any of that bull. I want the stuff that kicks your rear.

I’m after techniques that will help me dea with negative emotions that I often feel. I do not let them interfere with my every day life, however I do often feel angry or sad and can feel it very extremely at times. Is there a technique – a form of meditation, perhaps – that will help dissipate these spirals? Thanks.
