Guys out there, will you talk about your problems about family, your work stress, with someone you’re dating, but not yet in a committed relationship? If he talks about that, and said he just feel relaxed and comfortable whenever he’s with me… Will this lead to a committed relationship soon?

Change has always been a factor in stress management. Being able to handle and deal with the stress that comes with change. Change, in whatever form, can be met in two ways either it is welcomed or it is not.
People are always fearful of change that happens in their lives. That is maybe why some people become stressed by it. Maybe it is the unexpected that can stress out people whenever change happens in their lives. And there are different ways and phases that people react to change that happen in their lives.

I want it to be COMPLETELY unreadable (I’m a paranoid S.O.B.) and so I was wondering if anyone got any creative ideas to destroy a hard drive. I could really use some stress relief, so anything involving a battle cry would be great.
I’ve heard baseball bats and hammers aren’t 100% effective though.

I’m want to learn to make that great hypnotic, trance-inducing music you hear on meditation tapes. I understand that I’ll need a musician to help out for the musical part of it, but where do you learn how to create “precisely combined sounds and frequencies” that induce various types of meditative brain-states? I don’t want to purchase any at this point, I want to learn to make my own.

Stress is part of everybody’s life. In that case everybody is prone to possible high blood pressure and other excessive stress related conditions. You may need a combination of stress reduction method to reduce stress in you life. Stress reduction method is unique to individuals.
